It all comes to life on April 18, when Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar officially joins the Florence Cocktail Week 2026 with Bere alla Cibrèo, the bartending event that celebrates “Cibreismo” in its most authentic form: food that creates emotion, ingredients that become shared memories, and conviviality elevated to an art form.

The undisputed star of the evening? The Bullshot: an iconic, one-of-a-kind cocktail — the natural alcoholic extension of broth, an element that has always been at the heart of Cibrèo’s cuisine.

Telling its story will be the extraordinary Luisanna Messeri, a special guest who knows this drink like few others.
With her, the Bullshot won’t just be something to sip — it will be something to understand, to savor, to remember.

The evening will unfold with surprises, key players, and nuances waiting to be discovered, thanks to special contributions from Yurt Vodka, Peperita Chili, and Laura Peri — different voices woven into a collective story about the art of drinking well.

Guiding the night as master of ceremonies will be the inimitable Paola Mencarelli, who this year celebrates the 10th anniversary of the festival that brought Florentine mixology to the world: the iconic FLORENCE COCKTAIL WEEK!
