Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar introduces 3 unmissable evenings for all those who love to deepen their knowledge of high-quality spirits and our way of proposing a mixology that, as per the great Cibrèo tradition, cannot renounce the excellence of the product and flavor. “Drinking Cibrèo style” thus becomes a distinctive element of our way of making signature cocktails that favors taste, attention to seasonality, even complex homemade preparations, raw materials and selected partners. Along with the presentation of the two signature cocktails, "Vespucci", a particular version of the Long Island that brings together three American spirits, Whiskey, Rum and Cachaça in a very aromatic combination, and “Lunateaco”, where the mix of bitter and low alcohol gin, together with the homemade tonic with nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise and Sichuan pepper, give a pleasant flavor of fresh summer tea, three themed evenings with three exceptional spirits will also be presented.
