On February 7th, Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar together with Accademia del Caffè Espresso will host a dinner-event that explores the complexity of Coffee in all its forms. Created by 4 hands with the Academy born inside the old factory of La Marzocco this real "happening" combines the experience of an important gastronomic journey with in-depth study, giving life to an immersive journey into the world of coffee. This multi-sensory dining event features a five-course menu paired with four expertly crafted cocktails, showcasing coffee in all its stages of evolution: from blossom to berry, bean to processing, and finally, extraction. Each element takes center stage in a groundbreaking culinary experience designed to surprise, intrigue, and inspire. An event not to be missed, reported in the Official Calendar of Fuori di Taste.
