Our Food Bar events are back, exceptionally on Friday, and they do it with a fantastic Carnival Party. Same formula with a trio of fingers designed specifically for the event and in perfect Cibrèo style, to be paired with our signature cocktails.

The tasting of fingers selected by the Cibrèo Chefs includes:

• Fried Pasta Dough with Casentino Cured Ham and Stracchino Cheese
• Meatballs with Tuna, Olives and Capers
• Conchiglioni Stuffed with Rabbit Ragut au Gratin to be accompanied with one of the two themed signature cocktails, prepared especially for the occasion by our barman.

And while Giulio Picchi will meet you between the tables with a food surprise, you can have fun with our Live DJ Set and a room "dressed" for Carnival!

We particularly welcome those who arrive in costume.

The Food Bar event will be held from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For those who wish, the à la carte restaurant service will be available afterwards. Food Bar event €25 p.p.
