On November 12, we celebrate the true star of the season: the White Truffle!
Also known as the “diamond of the earth” for its rarity and preciousness, truffles have always been a cherished ingredient on Cibrèo’s tables. In fact, Fabio Picchi was named “Truffle Ambassador” in 2019.
For this special occasion, we’ll present an exclusive tasting featuring three exquisite finger foods, each enhanced by the intense aroma of truffles from Marcelli Tartufi — a historic company renowned for sourcing refined truffles from the woods of Abruzzo.
The tasting will be perfectly paired with a selection of outstanding wines from Ca’Viola, one of Piedmont’s finest wineries.
