The Cibrèo Caffè is one of the most iconic places in the city. If you are in Florence, you cannot miss visiting this café with its charming and welcoming style, perfect at any time of day. When it opened in 1989, it was one of the first bistros, one of the first places to welcome students with laptops and elegant ladies, businessmen and lovers of good food. Today it is the most photographed Italian-style café there is.

Our Story

Fabio Picchi had chosen not to offer pasta dishes in his restaurant, because he wanted the world to know that Italian food was not just about pasta. Cibrèo Caffè however, was born to offer pasta dishes and to unite the neighbourhood in a place that was always open, offering constant opportunities to meet and (occasionally) to debate! In this space that celebrates people's lives, where every ingredient is all made in our kitchens, Tagliolino Cacio è Burro is the perfect summation of the sensations it conveys.
