Fabio Picchi had chosen not to offer pasta dishes in his restaurant, because he wanted the world to know that Italian food was not just about pasta. Cibrèo Caffè however, was born to offer pasta dishes and to unite the neighbourhood in a place that was always open, offering constant opportunities to meet and (occasionally) to debate! In this space that celebrates people's lives, where every ingredient is all made in our kitchens, Tagliolino Cacio è Burro is the perfect summation of the sensations it conveys.
