Our Story

The kitchen is everyone's and for everyone. With this democratic spirit, on 8 September 1979, the very same day the restaurant opened, Fabio Picchi decided to also inaugurate an adjacent Trattoria, so that everyone could access the same emotions. And so was born what many have since renamed the Cibrèino!
