In our Cibrèo Trattoria, the soul of Florence can be felt with every breath — and the New Year’s Eve menu does not hold back on Florentine spirit. This year brings many dishes in pure Picchi style, like the legendary (and delicious!) Insalata di Lesso, or the Insalata di Trippa known as L’Antinfluenzale, with that little mince of aromatics that completes the alchemy of a dish Fabio created precisely for true Florentines.
